For any one else that may be looking for a solution to this I figured out how to get all of this info. In order to get all update history you need to configure a webhook. Documentation regarding webhooks can be found here - Liquid Planner Webhooks

If you are trying to track and store a full audit log for all tree items you need to configure a webhook to look at Event type of * (all updates).

    Hi Kurt,

That's correct, there is no way to pull change history of a specific treeitem via the API. There is a workspace changes endpoint where you can get the history of all changes in the workspace: https://developer.liquidplanner.com/docs/workspace-changes but that's somewhat limited. Webhooks, just as you described, is the best way to track and store a full audit log. Thanks for sharing your finding!
